About the TubShroom
Pull the stopper out first. Pop-up, lift-and-turn and toe-touch stoppers all come out, and the opening under them, 1.4 to 1.75 inches across in most tubs, is where the TubShroom goes. Its cap rests on the crossbar a little below the tub floor and the water runs around it. A built-in stopper that stays put, or a 4 inch flat shower drain, is the one place it does not fit.
Choose white, gray, clear, blue, green or orange to match the tub, or a six-pack in gray or white for a house with several. Once a week, lift it out, pull the wound hair off with a tissue and rinse it. The TubShroom is one of 4 products for tub drains in the ShowerShroom catalog.

Questions
Questions about the TubShroom
Will the TubShroom fit your drain?
Fits tub drains 1.4" to 1.75" wide. Before you order the TubShroom, measure across the opening of your drain with the stopper or cover removed; it is not for built-in stoppers that do not lift out and flat 4" shower stall drains.
How do you clean the TubShroom?
To clean the TubShroom: lift it out, wipe the hair off the stem, rinse. Water pooling around the TubShroom says the next cleaning is due.
Can you still close the drain with the TubShroom in it?
Not with the old stopper, which comes out to make room for the TubShroom. A StopShroom lies over the drain with the TubShroom still inside.
