About the Kitchen SinkShroom
The Kitchen SinkShroom replaces the basket strainer in a standard kitchen sink or garbage disposal opening; the strainer itself is about 4.4 inches across. Its hollow center stem stands high enough that a pot set down in the sink does not seal the drain, and you grab that stem to lift the basket and tip the scraps out.
