How to reach ShowerShroom about a drain catcher, a stopper, a bundle or a page on showershroom.co.

Not sure whether your tub drain is a 1.5 inch or a 1.75 inch one, or which catcher goes under a square shower grate? Write, and a person replies.

Email

drains@showershroom.co. Tell us which drain it is (tub, shower, bathroom sink or kitchen), how wide the opening measures and, if you can, what kind of stopper sits in it. A photo of the drain from above helps more than any description.

Orders and returns

Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. For an order you have already placed, their order page is the quickest route.

Fit ranges printed

Every product page says which drain width it fits and what it does not fit.

Measure first

The drain size guide shows where to put the tape on a tub, a sink and a shower drain.

Prices kept current

We update prices on a schedule. How we keep the catalog explains it.
